Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in English, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on contractual matters.

Maintain organized contract records and monitor performance to proactively address issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals while minimizing legal risks.

Qualifications

45 years old and below

Must have Bachelor's degree in Law

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, with proven expertise in reviewing, revising, and drafting contracts from scratch.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
