Senior Convenience Store Area Manager

Job Summary:
SEVA Convenience Retail Group Riyadh WLL is seeking a Senior Convenience Store Area Manager to oversee multi-store retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure consistent operational excellence across convenience store locations. This role is responsible for managing store managers, optimizing retail KPIs, improving customer experience, and ensuring strong profitability across assigned territories. If you are an experienced retail operations leader, this is a key opportunity in Saudi Arabia’s fast-moving convenience retail sector.

What you'll do:

• Oversee operations across multiple convenience store locations within assigned areas
• Manage and support store managers to achieve sales, service, and operational targets
• Monitor daily store performance including revenue, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction
• Implement retail standards, merchandising guidelines, and brand compliance across stores
• Conduct regular store audits and performance evaluations
• Optimize inventory control, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination
• Analyze sales trends and develop action plans to improve store profitability
• Train, coach, and develop store-level leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulatory standards
• Drive promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in retail operations management or multi-store supervision
• Strong understanding of convenience store or FMCG retail environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple retail locations and teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and operational data
• Experience in inventory management and retail merchandising standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
• GCC retail experience is an advantage

Pay: ﷼16,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
