Senior Coordinator / Engineer

We are a professional technology and infrastructure solutions company specializing in ELV systems (CCTV, access control systems, networking and public address for commercial projects. Our team focuses on delivering reliable installations, efficient project execution, and high-quality technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Coordinator / Engineer to support and manage field execution and coordination of above mentioned projects.

Role Description

The Senior Site Coordinator / Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various projects with site supervisors and field engineers. The role includes managing technicians, ensuring installation quality, coordinating with clients and contractors, and providing technical support during installation.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech Graduates in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.

Experience (Preferred)

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in CCTV or ELV system installation and coordination
• Experience in handling commercial or large-site installations preferred

Technical Skills

• Network and structured cabling knowledge
• Understanding of ELV drawings and site layouts
• Installation of surveillance systems

• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Good communication and client-handling ability
• Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities· Coordinate work activities across multiple sites and interact with OEMs to provide technical support to on-site engineers.

· Ensure work completion as per drawings and project timelines

· Provide technical support to field technicians during installation and maintenance

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs and project teams

· Monitor work quality and safety compliance

· Maintain site progress reports and documentation

Job Location : CUSAT, Kalamassery, Ernakulam

Salary : 20 K - 25 K (Salary will be based on experience, merit, and work performance.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,406.47 per month
