Senior Coordinator - Strategic Outreach (Temporary) Arabic Speakers

This role leads outreach strategy for MIZA's Leasing Push, working with the MIZA team and the Junior Coordinator to identify businesses, networks, and individuals to engage. You will manage the outreach lifecycle-from identifying leads to initiating contact, coordinating follow-ups, and reporting insights-and support the delivery of leasing-related events such as open houses, walks-throughs, and program activations.

You would be great in this role if you have experience in partnership development, ecosystem building, or outreach strategy, and are comfortable initiating conversations, managing stakeholder relationships, translating insights into actionable lists and follow-ups, and co-leading event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising businesses, networks, and individuals for outreach
• Lead first contact and act as the main liaison for key prospects
• Maintain warm, ongoing relationships with aligned leads
• Guide internal routing of prospects for meetings as appropriate
• Plan and support delivery of open houses, workshops, and intimate activations
• Collaborate with the Junior Coordinator on research and lead database building
• Coordinate meetings with prospects (including briefing notes) and support follow-ups
• Provide wrap-ups and translate activations into relationship opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in outreach, ecosystem building, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong ability to start and sustain conversations with clarity and care
• Experience translating fuzzy ideas into structured outreach or events
• Proven track record in building networks and maintaining a clean, meaningful database
