Senior Copywriter

Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter with 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should not only write impactful copy but also think conceptually and strategically, contributing to campaign ideas, brand positioning, and communication strategy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative communication strategies for brands and campaigns.
• Conceptualize and write copy for digital, social media, print, outdoor, films, and integrated campaigns.
• Translate brand objectives and consumer insights into impactful messaging.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Social Media Managers, and Client Servicing teams from ideation to execution.
• Create campaign concepts, taglines, headlines, scripts, captions, and ad copies.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all platforms.
• Review, refine, and optimize content based on internal and client feedback.
• Analyze market trends, competitor communication, and audience behavior to guide strategy.
• Handle multiple brands while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Copywriter / Strategist in an advertising agency.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively.
• Ability to present ideas and justify strategic communication decisions.
• Strong collaboration, time management, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,870.11 - ₹50,000.00 per month
