Responsibilities:

- Lead brainstorming sessions and turn ideas into clear, actionable concepts.

- Align copy and design, making minor adjustments to ensure seamless execution.

-Write and edit across social, digital, video, print, radio, and mobile channels.

-Create CRM and personalized campaigns (email, SMS, push, dynamic content).

-Manage projects from concept to delivery and mentor junior team members.

-Pitch creative ideas for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

-4+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies.

-Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional campaigns and CRM/direct marketing work.

-Deep understanding of multi-channel brand engagement.

-Data-driven and personalized content experience.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Independent, proactive, and collaborative in cross-functional teams.

-Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

-Fluency in English is preferred.
