The Role
Join a leading law firm in Riyadh as an Experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice and solutions to our diverse corporate clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial transactions and corporate matters within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters to clients. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Conduct due diligence and assist in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions. - Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support transactional and regulatory requirements. - Stay updated on legal developments relevant to corporate and commercial law in the region. - Represent clients in negotiations and support dispute resolution processes as needed.
Requirements
- Ideally fully qualified in a recognised jurisdiction. - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; advanced qualifications are a plus. - Proven experience as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, preferably within a reputable law firm. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial laws and regulations. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in English and Arabic - Professional demeanour with a client-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
