Senior Corporate Counsel - Fintech & Payments

Ziina Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Dubai to build the legal function from scratch and serve as a strategic advisor across the business. The role involves drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting product development.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of legal experience in the fintech sector, with expertise in payment-related matters and a deep understanding of legal frameworks across GCC. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
