Senior Corporate Development & Transactions Lead
This senior leadership role drives strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and complex transactions, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development or C-suite executives. The position demands 10-15+ years of M&A/transaction experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic advisory, with proven deal execution from sourcing to integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A processes: identify targets, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, secure financing, and manage post-merger integration.
- Develop market analyses, financial models, and valuations to evaluate opportunities and risks; present recommendations to executive leadership.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners; oversee cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) for seamless deal execution.
- Support strategic initiatives like joint ventures, divestitures, and alliances; monitor portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/MBA in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.
- Expertise in deal structuring, negotiation, and financial modeling; strong analytical and communication skills for C-level interactions.
- Track record closing high-value transactions (e.g., $50M+ deals); experience in emerging markets or regulated sectors is advantageous.

Pay: RO11.560 - RO26.000 per hour
