Senior Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary:
Intercap Capital Qatar Advisory W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial advisory services, corporate valuation, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning for clients across multiple industries. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end corporate finance engagements including M&A advisory, capital structuring, financial modeling, and investment strategy support. If you are an experienced corporate finance professional with strong analytical and advisory expertise, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s financial consulting sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead corporate finance advisory projects including valuations, restructuring, and capital planning
• Develop detailed financial models for investment, M&A, and business forecasting
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments
• Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment for corporate transactions
• Prepare investment memoranda, feasibility studies, and board-level reports
• Collaborate with legal, audit, and consulting teams on transaction execution
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and business performance metrics
• Structure financing solutions including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-level advisory presentations
• Support business development efforts and proposal preparation

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory roles
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience handling M&A transactions or capital advisory projects
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate structuring
• Excellent communication and client-facing advisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-value financial projects simultaneously
• Experience in consulting or investment advisory firms is an advantage
• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
