The Role
Join a leading law firm in Riyadh as a Senior Corporate Lawyer, where you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel on complex corporate matters, helping clients navigate the regulatory landscape and achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and compliance matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts. - Conduct thorough legal due diligence and risk assessments for corporate clients. - Stay updated on Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulatory changes, advising clients accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. - Represent clients in negotiations and liaise with government authorities as necessary. - Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to the development of the legal team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law; advanced degree or certification in corporate law is preferred. - Ideally licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia with substantial experience in corporate law. - Proven track record in handling complex corporate legal matters in a law firm or corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law. - 8+ years of experiance - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High ethical standards and professional integrity. - Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
