The Role

We are experiencing a surge in client volume and are seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed Corporate Operations Officer to join our execution team.

This is not an entry-level admin role. You will be the operational backbone of the client experience. If you are the type of professional who double-checks every document before sending it to a government authority, strictly follows onboarding SOPs, and never lets a client email go unanswered, you will thrive here. We need an executor who can manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously without dropping the ball.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• End-to-End Client Onboarding: Lead the client onboarding process with absolute precision. You will strictly utilize LEX LAYER’s official guidelines and brochures to instruct clients on required documentation and formatting.
• Corporate Services Execution: Process company formations, visa applications, and corporate amendments across various UAE jurisdictions.
• Government & Authority Liaison: Manage the drafting, attestation, and submission of critical legal documents (e.g., Shareholder Resolutions, NOCs).
• Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your assigned client accounts. Track the status of all operational requirements and proactively update the CRM and management team.
• Problem Solving: Independently navigate operational roadblocks. You investigate historical communications and internal records first, and know exactly when to escalate a bottleneck to the Director of Growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in UAE Corporate Services, Company Setup, or PRO Operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail. You are the kind of person who catches an expired NOC or an incorrect legal term before the document is sent to the client or authority.
• Strong communication skills. You know how to guide a high-net-worth client through a complex process clearly and professionally.
• A systems-oriented mindset. You follow SOPs religiously and do not take shortcuts that compromise the client experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You don't wait for instructions on tasks you've already mastered.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
