Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance Leadership:
Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks, administrative policies, and executive support strategies across multiple client portfolios.

Business Operations Management:
Oversee licensing, registrations, regulatory filings, shareholder documentation, and corporate restructuring projects.

Team Leadership:
Mentor corporate administrators, compliance specialists, and client relationship managers while building a culture of accountability and excellence.

Risk & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure corporate activities meet regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and risk management protocols.

Stakeholder Management:
Present strategic recommendations, governance reports, and business solutions to executive clients, investors, and internal leadership teams.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:
8+ years in corporate services, legal administration, business governance, or executive operations, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership.

Professional Expertise:
Strong understanding of corporate structuring, compliance frameworks, shareholder governance, and executive business support.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in professional services, legal advisory, financial services, or multinational corporate environments is highly preferred.

Language Skills:
Fluent English is required. Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage for international client engagement.

Mindset:
You are strategic, detail-oriented, and understand when to build long-term governance structures and when to move decisively to support business growth.
