About the Role:
Kuwait City is a growing hub for regional business services and at Distinct Edge Strategic Solutions we bring a modern, structured approach to corporate operations and enterprise support. We specialize in delivering high quality corporate services, operational excellence, and business transformation support for clients across the GCC. We are looking for a Senior Corporate Services Manager who can take ownership of service delivery, operational standards, and internal coordination across multiple business functions. You will lead service operations, improve internal workflows, and ensure that client facing corporate processes are delivered with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily corporate service delivery including administration, vendor coordination, and internal support functions.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvements across workflows and service delivery systems.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a small team of corporate services staff ensuring high performance and accountability.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for corporate service requests and ensure timely resolution of operational needs.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure all corporate processes meet internal standards and regional compliance requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management to support decision making.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 6 years experience in corporate services, operations management, or business support functions with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong background in operations management, vendor coordination, and internal process optimization.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage teams and improve service delivery standards.
Communication:
Strong professional communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Mindset:
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured corporate environment.
Pay: KD1,400.000 - KD1,850.000 per month
