We are looking for a Senior Corporate Strategy Director (m/f), who can take ownership of our long-term business strategy and organizational growth initiatives. You are not just creating presentations—you are defining the strategic direction of the business, identifying market opportunities, and translating executive vision into measurable business outcomes.

You will lead strategic planning initiatives, work closely with executive leadership, and bridge the gap between business intelligence, operational execution, and investment priorities. You are the strategic voice in a room full of senior executives, investors, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy Development:
Design and lead long-term corporate strategies, growth initiatives, market expansion plans, and business transformation programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Business Intelligence & Market Analysis:
Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, industry risks, and investment opportunities to support executive decision-making.

Strategic Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, mergers, partnerships, restructuring programs, and performance improvement projects.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Partner with executive leadership, investors, department heads, and external advisors to align strategic priorities and ensure successful execution.

Performance & Governance:
Develop strategic KPIs, business performance frameworks, executive reporting systems, and governance models to support sustainable growth.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:
6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, investment strategy, or executive leadership, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

Leadership Background:
Proven experience leading enterprise strategy, business transformation, and executive decision-making across complex organizations.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or equivalent executive qualifications are highly valued.

Language Skills:
Fluent English is required. Arabic is highly preferred for regional business communication.

Mindset:
You are analytical, commercially strategic, and results-driven. You know when to challenge assumptions, when to move decisively, and how to transform ideas into measurable business growth.
