Role Overview

As a Corporate Video Editor, you will contribute to the production of compelling video content that captivates audiences and showcases our commitment to innovation and quality. You will be an integral part of our collaborative environment, using your skills to bring ideas to life and create visually stunning stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-production process from initial editing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and motion designers to bring creative visions to life.
• Edit a wide range of content including corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, and branded content.
• Perform high-end color correction and grading to elevate visual storytelling.
• Apply text animations, logo animations, infographics, and VFX to enhance corporate films and ads.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on team edits to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Organize, manage, and maintain project files, timelines, and post-production workflows.
• Deliver a defined number of digital assets (social media posts, GIFs, ads, etc.) based on creative briefs.
• Stay updated with the latest editing, motion graphics, and industry trends to keep Doleep Studios at the cutting edge.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and team members when required.
• Provide creative leadership and design guidance to peers and developing designers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) is a MUST
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and color grading
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work independently and lead post-production on multiple projects
• Strong eye for detail, pacing, and visual composition
• Understanding of storytelling structure and corporate communication needs
• Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
