Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents and identify missing data to ensure accurate budget preparation

Prepare the initial project budget and support the development of Budget Zero

Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost control plan aligned with project objectives

Assign proper cost codes for all project resources and activities
-
Monitor project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets
-
Reflect actual construction methods and update budgets based on changes
-
Analyze project expenses by trade and review material purchase orders versus budget
-
Track actual costs for labor, equipment, and subcontractors
-
Follow up on variation orders and claims, evaluating their impact on project financial reports (PFR)
-
Prepare monthly cost control reports with full supporting data and generate ad-hoc reports when needed
-
Prepare project cash flow and monthly financial status analysis

Review project invoices and support claims cost analysis

Prepare project close-out reports

Upload and maintain budget data on SAP, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation

Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy

Support awarding process for suppliers and subcontractors

Supervise site cost control engineers and provide mentorship to junior team members
-
Fulfill Project Control Department requirements and maintain cost databases

Provide technical and analytical support to project and construction teams
-
Handle additional assignments as required
🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

5+ years of experience in Cost Control / Budgeting within construction or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
-
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
-
Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
5+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Proficiency in cost control tools and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
