Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to manage project budgets, monitor cost performance, control expenditures, and support financial decision-making across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project budgets, estimates, and support coordination with the Tender Department.
- Implement and monitor cost control procedures for materials, labour, and machinery.
- Review requisitions, bid comparisons, petty cash, and procurement-related costs.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier payments against budgets and cost codes.
- Prepare and analyze Monthly Cost Reports, Earned Value, CVR, and Cash Flow.
- Track productivity, material consumption, and forecast cost overruns.
- Analyze variances between budget, actual cost, and earned value and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare material reconciliation reports for major items (concrete, rebar, cement, diesel, etc.).
- Support variation orders, claims, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Maintain cost databases, productivity records, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, site teams, and Accounts on all cost matters.
- Support multiple projects and provide ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 6–10 years of UAE experience in cost control within construction projects.
- Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, CVR, earned value, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of subcontractor payments, material reconciliation, and productivity analysis.
- CCP (AACEI) certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost control software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
