Senior Cost Control / Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP & Infrastructure)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cost Control / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for major infrastructure and MEP projects in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
• Experience in large scale infrastructure or mega projects
• Strong experience in MEP Projects
• Experience in consultancy or tier-1 contractors
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts
• Experience in variation orders and claims
• Final accounts & commercial management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
