Senior Cost Estimator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Cost Estimator to join our growing Estimation Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates for USA & AUS projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Utilize Planswift and other estimation tools for material takeoffs.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to determine project costs.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.
• Monitor cost variances and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry pricing and estimation best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in cost estimation for USA & AUS construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Planswift software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
