Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients post consultation regarding treatment plans, expected results, number of sessions, and procedure details.
• Convert doctor recommendations into treatment acceptance and package enrollments.
• Explain pricing, offers and ensure ethical conversion (no force selling).
• Maintain proper counselling records, package usage, payment status, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, pharmacy & front office for smooth patient flow.
• Conduct follow-up calls/messages to ensure treatment continuity and patient satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic counselling experience (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Laser, Chemical Peel, Hair Treatments, Botox, Fillers, Acne Scar & Body Treatments.
• Confident communication & ability to handle objections professionally.
• Strong conversion and relationship-building skills.
• Good documentation, follow-up discipline, and basic computer proficiency.

Education

• Any Graduate; Healthcare / Life Sciences background preferred.

Salary Range

• ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & conversion performance)

• Full Time
• 6 Days a week
• Sunday Working (Weekday Off)
