We are currently looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Brand Designer & Social Media Manager who understands branding deeply and can create premium-level content that helps brands stand out in gaming industries.

This role is for experts only not average designers or template-based creators.

Role Overview

We need a creative professional who can combine:

The ideal candidate understands how to create visually strong brands, engaging social media content, and professional marketing creatives across multiple industries including tech, AI, blockchain, startups, and gaming.

You should be someone who thinks creatively, understands audience psychology, and knows how to turn ideas into premium digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, ads, banners, and marketing creatives
• Create and maintain strong visual brand identities and themes
• Develop professional branding concepts for clients and internal projects
• Manage and grow social media accounts strategically
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, animations, and promotional content
• Build storytelling-focused content that increases engagement and brand value
• Create industry-specific creatives for tech, AI, blockchain, gaming, and startups
• Plan content calendars and branding campaigns
• Stay updated with modern design trends, social media trends, and creative strategies
• Work closely with marketing and development teams on campaigns and launches
• Maintain premium-quality standards across all creative work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Strong portfolio in branding, social media design, and video content
• Expert-level skills in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Figma or similar tools
• Strong understanding of:
• Branding psychology
• Typography
• Color theory
• Social media growth
• Visual storytelling
• Experience in gaming industry content/design is a major plus
• Ability to create original, modern, and premium-quality creative work
• Skilled in video editing and motion graphics
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail

• Designers without branding knowledge
• Average-level creatives
