Senior Creative Design Director

Job Summary:

Nirmitee Art & Design Studio Bahrain is seeking an innovative and visionary Senior Creative Design Director to lead creative strategy, design excellence, and brand development initiatives. What You'll Do:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects across multiple platforms and industries
• Develop innovative concepts, visual identities, and creative strategies that support client objectives
• Oversee branding, graphic design, digital content, marketing materials, and creative campaigns
• Guide and mentor creative professionals while fostering collaboration and innovation
• Ensure consistency, quality, and excellence across all creative deliverables
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project goals and requirements
• Manage creative workflows, project timelines, resources, and priorities
• Review design concepts and provide strategic creative feedback
• Monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client presentations, and creative growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in creative direction, graphic design, branding, visual communications, advertising, digital media, interior design, marketing, or a related creative environment
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong creative thinking, artistic vision, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience developing brand identities, marketing campaigns, and visual concepts is beneficial
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative and design tools is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Relevant education, certifications, training, or equivalent professional experience welcomed

Pay: BD2,600.000 - BD4,300.000 per month
