Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Designer who can lead creative strategy, design execution, and motion graphics while mentoring a design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across print, digital, and motion design, with the ability to translate briefs into impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualization

• Lead ideation for campaigns, pitch decks, and brand guidelines.
• Translate client briefs into high-quality, innovative concepts across print, digital, and motion graphics.

2. Design Development & Execution

• Deliver design assets including press ads, hoardings, brochures, catalogues, packaging, and digital creatives (social media posts, banners, emailers, performance ads).
• Define and guide the visual direction to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

3. Motion & Video

• Create and oversee animations, reels, short-form videos, transitions, and product demos.
• Supervise editing and ensure high-quality output for campaign and event videos.

4. Mentoring & Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior designers by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and reviewing work.
• Build design processes, templates, and maintain asset libraries for efficiency and scalability.

5. Collaboration & Deadlines

• Act as the creative point of contact (SPOC) for client servicing and marketing teams.
• Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines.

• Quality and creativity of design deliverables.
• Adherence to brand guidelines and creative strategy.
• Timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Engagement and performance of digital and motion content.
• Team productivity, mentorship effectiveness, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Understanding of HTML, UI/UX , Social Media Design , Motion graphics
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently as well as lead a team.
• Good communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
