The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing ideas and brand concepts into effective visual content. The designer will collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing and promotional materials including posters, brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, infographics, and advertisements.
- Create visual assets for websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces ensuring responsive and modern design aesthetics.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all company platforms and product lines.
- Collaborate with content writers, digital marketers, and developers to create compelling campaign visuals.
- Design social media creatives, short videos, and motion graphics to support online campaigns.
- Prepare layouts and design drafts for approval and make timely revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for print and digital standards, maintaining proper resolution and file formats.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan visual content calendars and support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve quality and creativity.
- Manage and organize design assets, templates, and project files for easy reuse and future reference.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design (experience in tech / ERP / digital branding preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work under deadlines, handle multiple projects, and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating brand identity designs (logos, templates, brand guidelines).
- Exposure to UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with Arabic/English bilingual design layouts (for KSA market).
