About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Designer who can transform concepts into powerful visuals. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop designs that elevate our brand and engage our audience across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative designs for social media, digital ads, websites, and brand campaigns.
• Conceptualize and create logos, branding elements, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver visually appealing, brand-aligned creatives.
• Design and adapt creatives for multiple formats and resolutions.
• Work on motion graphics, GIFs, or short animated videos (optional but preferred).
• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer / Visual Designer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma / Canva
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and high-converting social media designs.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous design work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹68,760.68 per month
