Job description for Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The Creative designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

This role owns the complete creative output for social media, marketing, branding, ads, and internal use.

The designer will act as the creative lead for execution, ensuring all visuals are aligned with the brand.

Core Skill Requirements (Must-Have)

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• Mid-level experience with After Effects
• Basic to mid-level video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar)
• Strong sense of design, layout, color, and visual storytelling

AI & Modern Tools (Add-On to Core Skills)

AI is expected to enhance creativity, not replace design fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation
• Ability to clean, refine, and finalize AI outputs using Photoshop and video tools

• Any similar AI image or video generation tools

Additional Skills (Plus, Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of CGI, compositing, or visual effects
• Photography or camera-based creative experience

Responsibilities

• Create all creatives required by the company
• Design social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing visuals
• Edit basic videos and motion creatives for digital platforms
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Experiment with modern formats, styles, and AI-assisted workflows

Experience Level

• 2-3 years
• Experience level is flexible; skill, creativity, and portfolio matter more than years
