Graphic Designer & 3D Designer – Gift Manufacturing Industry (UAE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & 3D Designer for our gift manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have experience designing products using Acrylic, Forex, Wood, MDF, and other fabrication materials, and be capable of creating production-ready files for laser cutting, CNC machining, engraving, and UV printing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom gifts, trophies, awards, souvenirs, event decorations, and promotional products.
• Create 2D and 3D product designs and realistic visualizations.
• Prepare production-ready files for:
• CO2 Laser Cutting & Engraving
• CNC Routing & Engraving
• UV Printing Machines
• Vinyl Cutting Machines
• Work with materials such as Acrylic, Forex, Wood, MDF, PVC, and similar materials.
• Create accurate technical drawings and manufacturing layouts.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are ready for fabrication.
• Modify customer artwork and prepare files according to production requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.

Daily Performance Requirement

• Must be able to create and complete a minimum of 5–10 production-ready designs per day, depending on project complexity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gift manufacturing, signage, display production, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and 3D design software (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Experience preparing files for Laser Cutting, CNC Machines, UV Printing, and Engraving.
• Strong understanding of fabrication materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to create both creative concepts and technically accurate production files.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must currently be located in the UAE and available for an immediate interview.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate gifts, trophies, awards, event branding, exhibition stands, and custom fabrication.
• Knowledge of machine capabilities and production workflows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
