Senior Creative Graphic Designer

Conceptualize and Create Visual Assets: Develop innovative and eye-catching graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of print and digital materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and presentations.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with business goals.

Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software updates to continuously enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Image Editing and Enhancement: Manipulate and enhance images to ensure they meet quality and resolution requirements for various media.

Present and Defend Designs: Effectively communicate and present design concepts and rationale to team members, clients, or stakeholders, and be open to feedback and revisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Proven Graphic Design Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with at least [X] years of experience as a graphic designer.

Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant tools.

Strong Creative and Conceptual Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that resonate with the target audience.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free designs.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
