We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Graphic Designer who can seamlessly blend branding, social media strategy, and web aesthetics. You will be the visual architect of our brand, responsible for everything from high-conversion social media assets to the fine details of our website’s visual interface.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Brand Storytelling

• Design trend-focused, engaging visual content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Execute end-to-end creative for specific marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent "look and feel" from the first announcement to the final call-to-action.
• Maintain and evolve our brand color schemes and typography to ensure we remain recognizable and premium.

2. Web Element & Interface Design

• Design beautiful, functional website elements (icons, navigation assets, banners, and buttons).
• Collaborate on the UI/UX flow of the website, ensuring that the visual design enhances the overall user journey and site usability.
• Refresh website layouts to ensure the brand’s digital storefront feels modern and cohesive with our social media presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and design prototyping tools like Figma or XD.
• Branding Expert: A sophisticated understanding of color theory and the ability to maintain brand integrity across different mediums.
• Digital Intuition: Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles—you don't just make things look "pretty," you make them easy to use.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and what drives engagement in a fast-moving feed.
• Versatility: The ability to pivot between designing a high-energy social post and a clean, minimalist website layout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
