Role Overview

Reelax Media Limited is hiring a Senior Creative Lead – Animation to manage and lead our internal animation and motion graphics team.

This role focuses on creative direction, team execution, quality control, and timely delivery of animation projects for an international-standard video editing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the animation and motion graphics team
• Set clear creative direction and visual standards
• Convert briefs into clear internal instructions
• Review, refine, and approve animation deliverables
• Ensure consistency in quality, storytelling, and branding
• Manage timelines, task allocation, and production flow
• Improve team efficiency and creative output

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience in animation or motion graphics
• Strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proven experience leading creative teams
• Strong storytelling and visual judgment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience

• Agency or studio background
• Experience with explainer videos, social media animations, and branded content
• Knowledge of modern animation trends and workflows
