Job Summary
The Senior Creative Supervisor at the university leads the creative team to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content to ensure that all designs, videos, and photography align with university branding and marketing strategies, manage project workflows, and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise graphic designers and videographers/photographers to ensure efficient task allocation and timely project completion.

Review and approve creative outputs, maintaining consistency with the university’s branding.

Provide input on design concepts, video ideas, and photography projects to meet marketing objectives.

Ensure all visual content reflects the university’s values and messaging.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into creative deliverables.

Oversee project timelines, workflows, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain high standards for all creative materials, ensuring they align with university branding and communication strategies.

Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance output quality.

Develop innovative visual concepts to support university marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

6-8 years of related experience.

Fluency in English Language

Strong Organizational and time management skills.
