The Role: What You’ll Do

As our Senior Credit Analyst, you will be the gatekeeper of our commercial risk. You will evaluate the financial health of prospective corporate clients, structure credit limits for major marketing campaigns, and ensure that our rapid growth is built on solid, reliable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Financial Deep-Dives: Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of corporate financial statements, cash flow models, and credit histories for prospective B2B clients and partners.
• Credit Structuring & Risk Rating: Establish, review, and approve corporate credit limits and payment terms, balancing commercial agility with risk mitigation.
• Portfolio Surveillance: Proactively monitor our active accounts receivable and client portfolios to detect early warning signs of financial distress or payment delays.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Account Directors and Sales Leadership to structure creative, secure financial agreements for multi-million-riyal marketing campaigns.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present actionable credit recommendations directly to the Finance Director and CFO.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. (Professional certifications like CFA or a certified credit analyst designation are highly preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years of solid experience in corporate credit analysis, risk management, or corporate banking—ideally within the media, commercial trading, or corporate services sectors in Qatar.
• Analytical Precision: Flawless ability to interpret balance sheets, analyze liquidity ratios, evaluate debt-service capabilities, and build predictive risk models in Excel.
• Commercial Mindset: Someone who understands that risk management isn't about saying "no" to sales, but about finding the safest, smartest way to say "yes."
• Local Presence: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid, transferable QID, ready to work full-time on-site at our corporate hub in Ar Rayyan.
