Senior Credit Analyst/Underwriter

Role and Responsibilities

· Perform analysis including spreads of corporate tax returns and financial statements, personal and corporate cash flows, and investment real estate cash flows and scenarios using knowledge of commercial and residential appraisals.

· Prepare and underwrite approval packages for origination, renewal, or increase of commercial term and revolving loans and commercial real estate loans of varying size and complexity.

· Complete annual reviews and perform covenant testing of existing loans.

· Perform associated borrower due diligence and investigations into creditworthiness.

· Banking experience.

4 years of education or 2 years of experience for each year of required education.

Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Spreading software such as Moody’s, Financial Analyzer, or Sageworks. Skills related to Microsoft Excel are a must.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
