Senior Credit Controller

We provide PCO/Taxi drivers with flexible vehicle rental and rent-to-buy solutions. With hundreds of drivers on weekly payment cycles, cash collection is the heartbeat of our business.

We’re looking for a confident, persistent, and commercially minded Credit Controller who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, chase payments, and take ownership of cash flow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing weekly driver billing and payments
• Chasing overdue accounts
• Keeping tight control of aged debt and high-risk accounts
• Agreeing and managing payment plans
• Working closely with operations on vehicle suspensions and collections
• Resolving invoice disputes (vehicle downtime, swaps, etc.)
• Producing weekly cash collection and debtor reports

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in credit control / collections / accounts receivable
• Comfortable handling high-volume accounts
• Strong communicator – confident, firm, but fair
• Not afraid of difficult conversations
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Experience with Xero or similar systems

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in PCO/Taxi, fleet, leasing, or automotive sectors
• Worked with CRM tools like HubSpot
• Managed weekly or recurring billing models
• Prohire, Coastr and XERO
