About the Role:
Kuwait City is known for its growing food culture and fast rising demand for premium delivery based desserts and at Pastries On The Fly Culinary Group Kuwait we bring that standard to modern pastry production. We specialize in high quality handcrafted pastries designed for fast delivery without compromising taste consistency or presentation. We are looking for a Senior Culinary Production Manager who can take full ownership of kitchen production operations. You are not just managing recipes you are building a scalable production system that ensures speed quality and consistency across high volume daily output. You will lead a dedicated kitchen team and act as the key link between culinary execution logistics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Leadership:
Oversee daily pastry and dessert production ensuring consistent quality output and timely fulfillment of all orders.
Process Optimization:
Develop and improve kitchen workflows to increase efficiency reduce waste and maintain high production standards.
Team Management:
Lead train and supervise kitchen staff including pastry chefs bakers and prep assistants to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control:
Maintain strict quality standards across all products ensuring consistency in taste texture and presentation.
Inventory and Supply Coordination:
Monitor ingredient usage manage stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
Food Safety Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with hygiene safety and kitchen operational standards at all times.
Capacity Planning:
Plan production schedules based on order volume forecasts and seasonal demand fluctuations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 6 years experience in bakery pastry or food production with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques large scale kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage kitchen teams maintain discipline and improve productivity in a fast paced environment.
Operational Mindset:
Ability to think in systems manage workflows and improve efficiency without compromising quality.
Pay: KD1,000.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
