We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Policy Administration:
Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.

Renewal Management:
Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.

Compliance & Coverage Review:
Review policy terms and conditions to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Client Liaison:
Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.

Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients. Provide technical knowledge to help with close renewals on non-motor insurance products. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling other insurance products based on client needs.

Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

New Business Handling:
Support acquisition and processing of new business policies as required.
