Senior Customer Service Supervisor

We’re looking for a Sr. Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics organization, someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for people and customer satisfaction.

In This Role You’ll:

• Ensure smooth execution of logistics operations by maintaining close communication with customers and internal teams,
• Track customer order volumes and provide proactive feedback to management,
• Coordinate information flow on operational updates between the company and customers,
• Lead, guide, and support your team to achieve operational excellence,
• Represent the company in customer meetings and maintain strong business relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• At least 6 years of experience in customer service within logistics operations or the logistics industry,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills,
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus),
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills,
• A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
