We are looking for a hands-on Senior Cyber Security Engineer to secure and strengthen our multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS & GCP). You will work closely with backend, AI, and DevOps teams to embed security into every layer of our AI-powered contact center platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and manage AWS and GCP environments (VPCs, subnets, firewalls, security groups, load balancers, IAM policies).
- Harden compute, storage, databases, and Linux servers following security best practices.
- Implement private networking, VPNs, bastion hosts, and zero-trust access patterns.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and review infrastructure-as-code for vulnerabilities.
- Secure containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes – EKS/GKE) and manage secrets.
- Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and SIEM/cloud-native security tools.
- Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and remediation efforts.
- Protect sensitive data (PII, call recordings, AI data) and support compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR basics).
- Secure VoIP/SIP/WebRTC systems, AI APIs, and real-time communication endpoints, preventing fraud and unauthorized access.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security or Cloud Security roles
- Strong practical experience securing AWS and GCP environments
- IAM, access control, and identity federation
- Network security (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, NAT)
- Linux server hardening and OS-level security
- Experience with cloud-native logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
