he candidates shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and minimum, three

(3) years’ experience in Computer Science or related field, Intermediate level certification IAW the DoD

8140 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification & Management Program Work Role - Vulnerability Assessment

Analyst (CS-541), and possess a Secret clearance.

The candidates shall have knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, server hardware and

software platforms and related support tools that commensurate with a 7 Level, 1D7XX/X, Cyber Defense

Operations IAW Air Force Enlisted Class Directory (AFECD) dated 31 July 2023 or Infrastructure

Technology Support Specialist and Server Operating System (OS), Database, and Web application

administrator.

The candidates shall have experience interfacing with external agencies (such as, the Air Force Enterprise

Service Desk, 624 OC, AETC MCCC, 16 AF, 561 NOS, DISA) to resolve technical issues impacting

directorate/unit users.

The candidate shall have knowledge of concepts and techniques required to assist in the planning, operation,

and maintenance of a LAN/WAN and server operations environment, including the installation and

implementation of network & server enhancements.

Knowledge of assessment methodologies associated with regulations or directives prescribed by DISA,

DoD and AF instructions or regulations and can ensure those standards are correctly applied or implemented

on networked devices and Automated Information Systems operating on the AETC enterprise.

3.3.8.2 Other Government-Provided Training

The contractor’s employees may participate in other Government provided training, on a nondiscriminatory

basis as among contractors, under the following circumstances:

a) The contractor employees’ participation is on a space-available basis,

b) The contractor employees’ participation does not negatively impact performance of this

contract,

c) The Government incurs no additional cost in providing the training due to the contractor

employees’ participation, and

d) Man-hours spent due to the contractor employees’ participation in such training are not

invoiced to the contract.
