This role will be hybrid onsite (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) in our Lincoln, RI office. Our normal business hours are 8am – 5pm Eastern Time.

Position Summary:

Our Lincoln, RI office is seeking a Senior Enterprise Cybersecurity Project Manager who will manage the planning, organization and implementation of highly complex multi-departmental information security projects. Facilitate reporting mechanisms including key performance measurements, budgeting data, and other efficiency metrics. Develop strategies for work intake, scheduling, and prioritization.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate departmental reporting mechanisms including key performance indicators, risk measurements, budgeting data, and other efficiency metrics.
  • Develop departmental strategies for work intake, measurement, scheduling, and prioritization within a dynamic risk-based environment.
  • Develop and maintain information security program roadmaps with the CISO and the security leadership team.
  • Collaborate with product, project, and program managers to better integrate security into information system design.
  • Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of highly complex multi-departmental security projects ensuring optimum levels of integrity, performance, and reliability.
  • Manage project scope using the Change Control Process and other project management techniques.
  • Define and schedule tasks, and assign individual responsibilities to cross program project team members.
  • Partner with risk management teams to ensure remediation projects are well coordinated and on track.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years’ experience managing complex projects or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Experience working with high-level IT leadership on integration and/or security projects.
  • Proficient at collaborating at all levels of the organization from high level leadership to security engineers and software developers.
  • PMP, CISSP, GSEC, or similar certifications preferred.
