Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid(3 days Onsite per week) - Viman Nagar,Pune

We are seeking for our client company a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing team of data analytics professionals and contribute to a best-in-class Data Analytics Center of Excellence. This role will be part of a diversified analytical team focused on expanding new and emerging data science and predictive methodologies.

The Senior Data Analyst will provide strategic market insights that enable effective, data-driven decision-making, while remaining closely aligned with the enterprise's strategy and priorities.As a senior member of the team, you will design and maintain analytics solutions, mentor junior and mid-level analysts, and deliver outcomes of moderate to advanced complexity that directly influence business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and provide data-driven solutions to expand markets, grow revenue, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Enhance existing predictive analytics work products and develop new models, workflows, and visualizations to analyze complex business issues.
• Identify, enrich, and manage valuable internal and external data sources to strengthen insights.
• Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Warehouse, IT Security, vendors, and contractors to meet enterprise-wide data needs.
• Stay current on new trends, technologies, and methodologies to ensure timely adoption of best practices for competitive advantage.
• Promote a culture of analytics through training, awareness sessions, and events (e.g., “data days”).
• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data analysts by providing guidance, support, and thought leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analytics tools/software such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, or comparable platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Proven ability to secure buy-in for ideas with a strong metrics-driven mindset.
• Excellent collaboration, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose actionable solutions.
• Decisive, with a sense of ownership and accountability for data and insights delivered.
• Experience leading corporate-wide initiatives, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, and managing implementation.

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• 5–7 years of experience in data modeling, analytics, and business requirements analysis.
• Proven track record of business process improvement using data and statistical methods.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct advanced statistical or mathematical modeling.
