We’re now building a stronger analytics foundation and are looking for a Data & Dashboard Specialist who can turn raw data into meaningful stories, create live dashboards, and automate manual processes.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented analyst who can independently manage reporting, automate workflows, and design beautiful dashboards that drive decision-making.

You’ll work closely with research and operations teams to structure data pipelines, build visual dashboards in Power BI / Looker Studio, and prepare client-ready decks with insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio
• Automate recurring reports and data entry processes using Excel or Google Sheets scripts
• Clean, merge, and analyze survey / behavioural data using Excel or SQL
• Track KPIs and build project performance dashboards for internal teams
• Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations and data summaries for clients
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Support automation initiatives across data collection, validation, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, or automation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
• Knowledge of basic SQL or scripting (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong sense of design and data visualization for impactful storytelling
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹806,172.57 per year
