About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and measure KPls.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives using data analytics.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing models across consumer and corporate segments to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Evaluate promo performance, track ROI, conversion, and retention impact of discount codes, referral programs, and special offers.
  • Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, SQL, or Google Data Studio) that visualize core business metrics, revenue, usage, COGS, LTV/CAC, and churn.
  • Monitor subscription usage to identify user behavior trends and opportunities to improve pricing efficiency.
  • Work with marketing and product to run A/B and multivariate tests on pricing tiers, offers, and onboarding flows to identify data-driven growth levers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate insights into actionable campaign and feature recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
