Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who knows how to turn raw data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions and help us hire and retain top talent. This role blends analytical depth, data modeling, and strong business partnership across HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Own

• Build advanced analyses including cohort, scenario, time-series, and predictive models.
• Translate complex findings into clear visuals and narratives using Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and build structured project plans.
• Design data models that define how tables, columns, and data elements connect across systems.
• Work side-by-side with BI engineers to develop scalable, high-performance reporting solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to pull data from Snowflake and other data warehouses.
• Validate data quality, perform QA, and investigate discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot data issues and perform root-cause analysis when reporting accuracy is questioned.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI Analytics, or BI Engineering.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with cloud warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Strong experience building data models and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
• Solid analytical tool skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience in People Analytics or HR analytics functions.
• Hands-on familiarity with HR systems like Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Qualtrics.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
