About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with product and business teams to correctly gather and analyze data, translate insights into commercial objectives, and turn them into actionable business decisions. This role goes beyond performing analyses; it requires identifying growth opportunities, proposing recommendations, and guiding decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Quickly understand business needs and translate them into data-driven questions, hypotheses, and analysis plans
• Combine and clean scattered data sources to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability through user behavior, funnel, performance, and revenue analyses
• Build KPI dashboards and regular reports that support product and business decision-making
• Suggest continuous improvement opportunities in data models, data quality, and data warehouse structures
• Craft clear commercial narratives from analytical outputs and guide non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytical and business-focused roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, etc.
• Experience in finance, e-commerce, or industries with high-volume user data
• Hands-on experience with CRM, product, or marketing data (campaigns, channels, segmentation, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills
• Basic knowledge of DWH and ETL processes
• Strong commercial mindset, problem-solving ability, and analytical storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data preparation, analysis, or automation
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI and proficiency with DAX functions
• Experience in AI-based data pipelines, solutions, or optimization projects
• Experience presenting to senior management and contributing to strategic decisions
