Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to drive advanced data analysis, strategic insights, and decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead analytical initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

You will be a strategic professional with deep expertise in Data Science, Data Mining, and Big Data. You will adapt emerging trends in data analytics for practical business application and serve as a subject matter expert, delivering insights, implications, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt and apply the latest trends in Data Science, Data Mining, and Big Data to business use cases
• Act as a subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifying insights, implications, and actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making
• Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve complex and novel business problems
• Provide consultative support on business operations and deliver authoritative insights impacting key outcomes
• Assess and manage risk in business decisions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of modern data technologies and next-generation analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience with statistical modeling tools and analytical techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
