Job Description:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Rafters Carpentry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy. You will work closely with various teams to analyze, interpret, and present data that will enhance business operations, improve customer experiences, and drive overall growth. You’ll be expected to bring your expertise to the table, working with a wide range of data sources, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights that lead to informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and drive decision-making across departments.
• Data Visualization: Design and implement advanced data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Develop predictive models and perform trend analysis to support long-term planning and strategy.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to identify data needs and provide analytics solutions.
• Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis, making recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts and contribute to the development of the team’s skills and capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools to continually improve data analytics processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, or R for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about data-driven solutions.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how data impacts business decisions, preferably in a construction or carpentry-related industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Pay: AED33,000.00 - AED36,000.00 per month
