We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager who can lead our analytics function and transform complex data into actionable business intelligence. You will oversee a growing team of analysts and data specialists while collaborating closely with leadership, operations, product, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technical analysis, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and reporting specialists. Build a culture focused on accuracy, collaboration, accountability, and business impact.

Business Intelligence Strategy:
Develop and manage dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into company performance and operational trends.

Data-Driven Decision Support:
Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies through data interpretation and predictive analysis.

Operational Performance Analysis:
Monitor performance across departments including customer operations, sales, finance, and product engagement to improve efficiency and profitability.

Data Governance and Quality:
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across reporting systems and internal platforms.

Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and operational leaders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting functions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and analytics tools. Knowledge of Python, cloud analytics environments, or automation platforms is highly preferred.

Analytical Thinking:
Ability to transform large datasets into clear recommendations that support business decisions and long-term strategy.

Communication Skills:
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership Mindset:
You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced business environments.

Pay: KD1,800.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
