Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Trainer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Trainer to lead, design, and deliver impactful training programs in data analytics. This role requires strong expertise in analytics tools, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for empowering learners to succeed in a data-driven world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training on tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and data visualization best practices.
• Create curricula and hands-on projects tailored for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Mentor and guide junior trainers and learners through structured learning paths and real-world projects.
• Evaluate and enhance training programs using feedback and analytics.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, bootcamps, and corporate training sessions (online and in-person).
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to refine and improve course materials.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs.
• Support organizational training needs for internal teams or external clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or instructional design (corporate or academic).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and/or R.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
